[The file cannot be accessed by the system]

Hello friends. I am posting this for a need. I have been suffering from a “The file cannot be accessed by the system” error for the last couple of days. I don't know why this is happening and how to fix this error. My friend suggests to me I should use an antivirus. Because according to him maybe the system virus was affected. Guys, I want to know Kaspersky is suitable for me or not?
