Периодически SQUID прокси выдаёт ошибки ICAP "The ICAP server is not reachable". В логах при этом сообщение об ошибке выглядит так: REQMOD ICAP_ERR_OTHER/000 icap://127.0.0.1:1344/av/reqmod 0 0 - Почему ICAP сервер KWTS может периодически не отвечать ? Нагрузка ? Увеличить какие-то лимиты ?

In our case SSL bumping is done by Squid and traffic goes to KWTS. But "category widget" still got zerros.

What should we do to have sites get categorized/classified ? Isn't it an automatic action based on some KWTS database ?

EICAR.COM test file from "https://www.eicar.org/download-anti-malware-testfile/" is detected and blocked, BUT! EICAR_COM.ZIP is detected and ALLOWED to be downloaded. Is it OK ? It seems not...

We have key-file with suitable licence number. How to import it ?
