Update - It looks like it was the problem within MIcrosoft office 365 . Health status showed some incidents inside , probably because of recent events with hacking exchange . Everything works fine now

Created user according https://support.kaspersky.com/KS4MO365/1.2/en-US/143134.htm Security admin + ApplicationImpersonation and Mailbox Search roles Sometimes after pressing 5-6 times button Retry it goes greens for like 30 seconds then says Inactive. Password entered correctly> im azure admin it shows success connection from kasperksy ip . What did go wrong?
Hi ! We are using kaspersky cloud and endpoint security 11.0.0.501a
The problem is that the settings in application are greyed out ( look at screenshot)
1) KSN participation is enabled in kaspersky cloud console ( not enabled in application still and greyed out)
2) No way to configure (Check Https connections) in kaspersky cloud console
3) options Network threat protection preferences are greyed out
