Thanks I have tried that now several times and VPN will not connect when on 3/4g. I have an iphone xs and running the same iOS version as you have. Any other ideas?

hi, i purchased the 5 licenses for unlimited vpn however i also purchased the family package for internet security for 10 devices. Can i buy the 5 licenses again and then that will give me a total of 10 devices covered for unlimited vpn?

so if the vpn doens’t work on 4g, any suggestions? I just purchased it and not sure what to expect but my iphone x doesn’t seem to turn on vpn when on 4G. Also the internet browsing is really slow and non-existent at times when the vpn is on and connected to wifi.
