  1. Hi @Surgeon100, To answer your question regarding the differences between the 2019 and 2020 version. Essentially, bugs and issues found on the 2019 version has been fixed in the 2020 version of kaspersky products. Also, a feature (Parental Control) from the 2019 version has been removed and changed with Kaspersky Safe Kids / Protection for kids. You can check on the link below for the new features and improvements added to the 2020 version of KIS: https://help.kaspersky.com/KIS/2020/en-US/119653.htm Thanks!
  2. Hi all, As per update goes, this bug should be fixed in the patch E version of all Kaspersky products. However, should the issue persists you can perform the following work around below: Click on Start and search for Device Manager Click on Display Adapters Disable other graphics card other than intel. Seems that some kaspersky users are still having the same issue even with the patch E installed. Many thanks!
  3. Hi I also agreed with you on this. One thing I noticed though, when purchasing the first time from the website, price has been discounted for almost 50% of the original price. I think it's only natural that the renewal would have the original price. Regards.
  4. Hi jiaobaoyun51 Thank you so much for your response. Can you show us a screenshot of what happens when you try to add the application in the exclusions? Thanks!
  5. Hi jiaobaoyun51 Also, You can try to add the software in the exclusions in kaspersky: If the main window of Kaspersky application is not on your desktop, bring it up by double-clicking the Kaspersky desktop shortcut (icon) or by double clicking on the Kaspersky icon in the bottom right corner of the screen; Click on the Gear icon in the bottom left corner of the Kaspersky window; On the left side menu select 'Additional'; On the right side menu select 'Threats and Exclusions'; Under 'Exclusions' click on 'Specify trusted applications'; Click 'Add'; Pick an application from the list or click 'Browse' in the bottom left corner to manually locate the application (.exe file). Check the necessary boxes (or all of them) and press 'Add' Check if the issue still persists. Let us know of the results. Many thanks!
  6. Hi jhusemann So sorry to hear about the issues that you got while installing kaspersky. As per support, OS Catalina should be supported with kaspersky. And a product support for the new OS was added in the patch A of the 2020 version of KIS for Mac. For this error message, all you have to do is to click on "OK" and allow kaspersky in the privacy and security in the system preference of Mac. Many thanks!

  8. Hi alessandroleoni In addition to what FLOOD indicated in the post located above this [post, Is kaspersky still detecting the said URL? Were you able to perform the instructions provided by FLOOD? If the issue is still there, you can try these steps below: Clear the cache in your browsers: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392709?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1 If clearing the cache of the browser doesn't help, the last this thing the you can try to do is to reset your google chrome browser (This is what I personally do most of the time.) https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en * Click Chrome Menu button click Setting from drop down men * In search box, type "Reset and cleanup *Click on "Restore settings to their original defaults" * Click on "Reset settings" (Please note that this will reset your startup page, new tab page and search engine and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your bookmarks, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.) Let us know if these steps help. Many thanks!
  9. Hi Archie So sorry to hear about your experience. As per kaspersky support and I quote: "This can happen when renewal date falls on a period of significantly discounted purchases." For these kinds of matter, it would be best to have the auto-renewal cancelled and make a new purchase instead which isn't too bad. Because new purchases are often cheaper than renewals. Many thanks!
  10. Hi Jancux I highly suggest contacting kaspersky support on this matter: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/US?qs=on then select your country of support for better assistance. 12. Hi Potzki You can add whitelist the site by adding it to the exclusions of the encrypted connection scanning of kaspersky. To do so: Open Kaspersky > Settings > Additional Go to Network Scroll down and look for Manage Exclusions Click on "Add" then enter: www.live.com.au Click on "Add" again to save the settings. Once done, re-launch your Outlook and check if the issue is still there. Let us know of the result. Regards,
  13. Hi conticreative Also, plus what FLOOD has indicated above, Sometimes kaspersky is not able to detect Adwares that is in your browser despite making sure that the recommended settings for kaspersky is running. So what kaspersky will do for this undetected Adwares is block any malicious downloads that could potentially harm the computer. Are you still having the issue on your chrome? If you, I highly suggest resetting your browser back to the default settings or uninstall or re-install chrome to remove the Adware. 15. Hi brendox! Based on the screenshot that you provided, this is a false positive case and this should be removed in the list of sites that kaspersky thinks is a phishing website. I would suggest contacting support for kaspersky and follow the steps below: 1. Please scan the full URL at: https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com and take a screenshot of the result. 2. As you proceed with the payment, are you required to login? If so, please get a copy of the page in *.HTM or .HTML* along with the exact URL of the part of the site that has been blocked. To get the *.HTM or .HTML* copy Repeat the issue until you get to the part that kaspersky blocks the page. Right click anywhere on the page. Click on "View page source" Copy everything that you see on the next page and save it on a notepad and save it on your desktop. Once you have the *.HTM or .HTML* file, you can submit a ticket at https://my.kaspersky.com/techsupport#/requests Or you can chat with support at: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/ and choose your region. Regards,
