Hi, now I’m sure about what I?m telling, I’ve uninstalled Cloud free antifirus and don’t reboot, now Google translator become responsive and my system everywhere look much prompt and reactive. Sorry mates but your antivirus needs a completely rewrite, you can’t sacrifice that much the usage of a computer. When I type in Google translator I have to wait 3 seconds to get a letter!!! (or the resultin word) but can you understand this or for you is normal?? Uninstalling it looks so fast.. that even can guess the next letter. It seems your antivirus controlling every single letter I type before send it to internet?? Is it safe for my privacy? Gosh!
And I remember I spent 30 minutes disabling all possibile check/controls in the setting, but time by time the situation become always like this, a slow computer! (HDD doesn’t work, I have 16 GB RAM and fast SSD)
Don’t aske me for logs, I won’t install it back, too many months I wait for an improvement, you won’t do that so I move elsewhere -
I’ve disabled many parameters in antivirus and now it’s working ok. Sorry mates but I need to move over that, for me it’s better less protection but a working computer. Good luck for solving this problem

Hi, I?m more experiencing on Facebook messenger/comments but also on other sites like google translator..
It looks the antivirus catch my text, send it osomethere online to control it, and only after that ita appears on the box wehre Im typing. Making experience with computer extremely unpleasant, lot ot time wasted.. I can wait even 5 seconds to see the text.
The first time I’ve experienced it I uninstalled Kaspersky antivirus and magically typing text bacem promplty and super fast (even to send it). Then installed it again (clean installation), at the beginning was fast too.. but day after day become slower.
How can I disable completely the keyboard check? My antivirus **should** not check what I’m typing!

Which exact version of KSCloud do You have installed?
the latest one available in your site, I reinstalled after the Facebook problem -
seems ok now. Please introduce the way to simpify this process, I should be able to add exception from the first warning

I?ve rebooted PC, let’s see if something changed. There are also other accounts, with them I don’t have problems.
Another bug, I’ve experienced big delays on writing to Facebook, I?m using Firefox, I typed and text lagged about 3-5 seconds, cpu with high too. I solved it uninstalling and reinstalling Kaspersky, but this time I’ve removed all controls of keyboard -

so I’ve used already manage exclusions but didn’t help

Thanks for support, under additional there is no network.
So I’ve entered on network and add exclusion to that domain, let’s see if it will have effect.
SOmething is not correct here, the popup *should* ask me to accept forever, an user can’t go crazy to search for sulution or post here. The software need to be corrected! -

Sorry for posting here, sorry for loosing time for a really simple thing. Any antivirus should ask me if I agree with its decision, if it blocks something it should allow me to unlock it forever and don’t bother again, this should be a default behaviour.
Now what I should do to allow always the connection with my inbox? There is a problem with certificate, I don’t care about certificate, I do care to connect withouth prompts. PLease tell me how can I always enable, please improve your softw.

it was a bit complicated but I’ve found quarntine and I was able to restore the file. You better improve this menu to find it faster and don’t go in panic. I also suggest you to ask user to delete, before doing it

Yesterday I’ve installed free antivirus, I haven’t changed default settings, today in the notifications I adviced a Delphi .exe file I’ve compiled in past was considered a virus and deleted.
I really hope to find it, if not I’ll hate you for the rest of my life. I’m not sure I’ve a copy of that file and for sue not the surces to recompile.**WHERE IS IT?**

My friend, thanks for support. I moved back to another AV, I’ve found the way to uninstall their undesiderable VPN and Optimizer that now they impose with anitivir installation.
Sorry I’m not going to install more kaspersky, I became disappointed in general, the computer behave slower, good luck for your issue solving.
