Which version of Kaspersky should I buy? Which version is fully comprehensive?

I need an urgent answer. I need to format it soon and buy a program immediately. I don't know what kind of virus I am facing. But I know a hacker has accessed all of my accounts. I am saving. I do double verification but somehow it still finds a way to hijack my accounts. He was checking my phone. I formatted it. I reset everything. I even completely changed the operating system.
