  1. Hello FLOOD I have taken every mentioned step (1,2,3,4,6) just to confirm I set the default browser to Google Chrome, in step (7) I have set the KPM application to use EDGE I don't know what is Edge Chromium and I don't have that option listed, done step (8,9,10). 11- I have activate the Log Application Events. Aa. - It opens Edge browser. Ab. - No, it doesn't auto fill. Ac. - No, it doesn't auto fill. The Logs are simple I can just post them here bellow: ------------ kl-setup-2019-08-06-19-47-35.log 2064:17e4 19:47:35.062 *** ERROR: Not all singletons destroyed *** ------------ kl-setup-2019-08-09-18-54-13.log 1496:23d8 18:54:13.140 *** ERROR: Not all singletons destroyed *** ------------ Regards, BAndré.
  2. Hello FLOOD , Browsers were set to default on windows and autologin enabled on KPM after each restart the results are listed as follows: 1-Not working. 2-It does open the IE browser but wont autologin. 4-Not working. 5-It does open the GC browser but wont autologin. I didn't install FireFox but I did reinstall the KPM application and with administrative permissions, so again with all the KPM default options and re-done all of the above and still doesn't work. [question] Do you need to have your cookies and web data as well as files and cache data enabled on your browser (Edge) for the automatically login to work? Or is there any specific Windows 10 option that needs to be enabled so KPM can interact with browsers? Regards, BAndré.
  3. Hello FLOOD , 5 ,6 - Assuming they are both in the same place i have attached a print screen So both Names, password and Addresses are selected to storage and fill automatically. I was checking the other options and saw that in the tab browsers the Edge is saying installed but not showing as activate, also to uninstall it says that it should be done from the browser. Also a quick question do you need to have your cookies and web data as well as files and cache data enabled on your browser (Edge) for the automatically login to work?
  4. Hi FLOOD , 1- KPM extension version: 4.1.15 2- I don't quite understand what is this stable release but it's working perfectly just got really slower after installing and using the KPM extension. The version of my Microsoft Edge: 44.18362.267.0 /Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 The auto-login is ON 3- I don't know how I can clarify this better… KPM can be unlock to use or locked from the KPM extension or the KPM application (ether way will always lock both). 4- I have tested using Internet Explorer, version: 11.239.18362.0 KPM extension version: 9.0.2.855 Regards, BAndré.
  5. Hello FLOOD , The Image is in Portuguese but the translation is how it goes "The extensions raise the amount of time to start browsing, its takes an average of 0,42 seconds to do so. you can manage to deactivate the extensions from the box bellow". (a) What do you mean by stable release? this is the version of my Microsoft Edge 44.18362.267.0 /Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 (b) Version: 4.1.15 (c) Version: 9.0.2.855 (as per the image bellow) (d) Its does happen on both but it seems using IE it is even slower than Edge. (e) Yes. (f) Yes, does it interfere with the KPM extension? (g) I meant that when I deactivate the extension thro the browser it still feels slow so I have to end the task Kaspersky Password Manager(2) by the task manager. (h) The browser extension (i) Did not understand this (j) I meant to deactivate( not block) the extension on the browser. Regards, BAndré.
  6. Hello FLOOD , I understand that, I will copy paste that info from the other ticket: 1-Edition: Windows 10 Home N x64 /Build18362 /Version: 1903 /Compilation:18362.267 2-Version:9.0.2.972 (b) / 1563191215_6231 3-Microsoft Edge 44.18362.267.0 /Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 4-Kaspersky Internet Security /version: 19.0.0.1088(f) -Kaspersky Secure connection /version: 20.0.14.1085(b) 5-Bellow is a print screen of my two only extensions So if this option is ON my login credentials will be automatically be filled even if KPM is locked, is that correct? I have the mentioned option ON and tested again with different websites and it's not filling automatically I have always to unlock KPM and select the account to login to fill the credentials, also I have only one account on all the login attempts. Regards, BAndré.
  7. Hello FLOOD , I'm sorry for answering those questions that were not meant for me I thought the issue was the same so I was trying to help. My info concerning the first set of questions is already posted here: https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-password-manager-15/microsoft-edge-extension-2590 Regarding (6) I meant the option that you have once you edit an input. I attached a print screen marked in red (again its in Portuguese but the translation is automatic login) Thank you for the info I have already checked your manual for this and my question is if KPM is closed or lets say blocked it will still fill the login information automatically? If so I have tested in different websites and, in my browser, it doesn't fulfil.
  8. Hello FLOOD once again, I was checking this post and I'm also having the same issue here and (1) I have tried on websites with with only one account as well as without the two factor logins. 2-I have tested using Microsoft Edge 3-I just tried for the first time 4-No 5-No Just to be clear the option to automatic login on websites is there so you don't need to unlock KPM to get your login info? Regards, BAndré.
  9. Hello FLOOD , thanks for the quick reply. 1-Edition: Windows 10 Home N x64 /Build18362 /Version: 1903 /Compilation:18362.267 2-Version:9.0.2.972 (b) / 1563191215_6231 3-Microsoft Edge 44.18362.267.0 /Microsoft EdgeHTML 18.18362 4-Kaspersky Internet Security /version: 19.0.0.1088(f) -Kaspersky Secure connection /version: 20.0.14.1085(b) 5-Bellow is a printscreen of my two only extensions ---- Nothing has changed I just recently started to use KPM and notice this slowness ---- Has listed above I use Kaspersky Internet Security ---- I have applications installed (Steam, GoG galaxy and Origin) but not running and the PC overall performance is not affected by Kaspersky to be noticeable. ---- Well it is true that I dont have the same issue with my Gmail account still you can tell its slower just not as much as Outlook and I understand that but it was after using the extension that I got this issue. ---- Well I will do some more tests for now I can show you another printscreen that I capture and attached (sorry it is in Portuguese but it says that the extension is making the browser slower and it advices to deactivate) this was made using Internet Explorer. ---- Well the main test I have been doing is try out the same activities with and without the KPM extension but actually having to shut it down using Windows task manager so I can see the diference in performance using Edge. ---- I will see if can do those mention tests I will post again. Regards, BAndré.
  10. Hello, lately my Microsoft Edge is working really slow in certain websites mostly in Hotmail.com which gets hard to even select multiple e-mails, since I recently got Kaspersky Password manager and the extension for it I assume iis because of that. Is there any options and tips on how I can improve my IE working speed? Regards, BAndré.
