Hi,
Today i can't log in to My Kaspersky via app but i can log in via browser
Also when i delete a device it keep coming back
Is there a maintenance on My Kaspersky site ? if yes why there's nothing that say there's a maintenance and it's time when it will start and end ?

The first pic you didn't check the partition that's why no scan in right click, but on my video i checked the partition

To scan a partition you have to open the 'Selective Scan'. There you can select a complete partition via 'Select' (and adjust the settings for the scan if necessary).I know we can scan throw the program but via context menu is faster and easier

The code for Russia is for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, which is for one year. The code for Egypt is for Kaspersky Free, which is for 1 month. You cannot use Kaspersky Free code in Russia, as the product has not been launched in the region yet. No errors here. Different products, different codes.
Same happen with Security Cloud Free
Also not sure why it's 1 month not 365 days ?! -

Also another one is when i right click on a folder or file Kaspersky scan option is there but when i click on a partition it's missing

I made a video and did register with 2 mails, one i choose Egypt and the other i choose Russia

We have checked the information on your account, there is a code for 1 month, changing the region does not change the span of the license. Can you please post screenshots:
a. Changing region to Russia
b. License duration is 365 days
It wont change to 365, when i use another mail (not the same mail) to register and use reign NOT middle east or Egypt it work fine and gives 365 days
Free version should give 365 days not 31 daysAlso what will happen after 31 days ends ? it will renew ?

I did find out it's related to reign, when i choose Egypt it activate 31 days, but choosing Russia it activate 365 days
Not sure if it's a bug or something changed, sadly can]t contact support since it's free version-

It does not seem to be a trial. Usually the Free is automatically renewed when it expires, I hope this also happens with your installation.Can we ask the support about this? to see if it's a bug or what changed ?

Is the free version have a trial option?!
Once i install i get asked to enter the email, after that i get 31 day only, it only started to happen today
I even started over and changed my system and used another email with same results
Also tested the free version not cloud free with same results, also tested both versions in vmware

@BernyToday Once i activated Security Cloud free is say 31 days only not 365 as before

I did, even it’s not only this file, it was just for testing, exclusion not working at all and i saw a few reported the same with older builds

Product: Kaspersky Security Cloud Free 21.3.10.391
Hi,
Exclusion is not working at all, i tried to exclude the folder/file/hash even adding the files as trusted nothing works
also disabled the antivirus/restarted the system and still not working
Once i access the files or scan via right click, it get detected
Also tested v 21.3.10.391 without update and after updating it to (f) with same problem
