Ich habe im Februar 2022 von der Firma Nexway Paris ein 2 Jahresabo Kaspersky Total Security gekauft. Heute bekomme ich vom System eine Mitteilung, dass der Schutz nur mehr für 13 Tage gilt. Was tun? An Nexway habe ich - nach langwieriger Suche nach Kontaktmöglichkeit - schon geschrieben. Danke.
