basically this happened to me a while ago. so basically u just have to open like the uninstall apps tab in control center i think and then select recently downloaded and u can see yixspeedup, click uninstall. this is good because when you search the name of the program in your files it doesnt appear but u can uninstall it like that! good luck!!
