Hi, I would like to block access to ALL websites opened with various browsers with various exceptions and so far we are there. With Web Control I created the blocking policy and another policy with various exceptions. And so far everything is ok, i can open a few website that i allowed. I thought, however, that I would only block websites opened via a browser, instead it also blocks some applications such as Outlook, onedrive and other various web services installed on the PC. I wanted to know if there is a better solution to block navigation through the web browser, or how to exclude various applications from this "Block sites" policy. KES 11.2 KSC 11 -
Salve, vorrei bloccare TUTTI i siti web aperti con i vari browser con varie eccezioni e fin qui ci siamo. Ho creato con Web Control la policy di blocco totale dei siti ed un altra policy con le varie eccezioni. E fin qui tutto ok, funzionano solo i siti che mi interessavano. Pensavo però che mi bloccasse solo i siti web aperti via browser, invece mi blocca anche alcune applicazioni come Outlook, onedrive e altri vari servizi via web installati nel pc. Volevo sapere se cè una soluzione migliore per bloccare esclusivamente la navigazione attraverso browser web, o come escludere le varie applicazioni da questa policy “Blocco siti” KES 11.2 KSC 11

Done. Thank you to all. I temporary solver using Kavremover and cleaning TEMP folder, without clean temp the problem cant be solved, even reinstalling an older version. Have a nice day! Case: INC000011069864 -

Nope. Problem persist. (If i disable policy the problem persist, so its useless looking for a policy i think)….. Probably is a driver related problem. I dont solve even if i Pause protection and control. I have to completely exit from antivirus………. Please give a solution. Ps. How i can i rollback to 10.3 not manually? I tried with an automatic task but it says that there is another more up-to-dated release. Thank you -

Hi, i have a problem with a lot of client in different location (with different server obv). With the new KES 11.2 happen something strange. It block something related to connection with another pc or server. Like an application with DB located in another location. If i disable policy the situation doesnt change. If i disable anvitirus the situation doesnt change. BUT If i EXIT from antivirus im able to communicate with other client. Remember, i can access to the share from windows, but i cant for ex. open archive inside an application. Happened just to me? (on 7 different customer with different application.) Everyone with the new 11.2. KES 11.2 Agent 11 -
From what i understood, now there isnt anymore Kaspersky installed on the server right? BUT, you keep the same name so, for some reason KSC know him as powered on. You can just Cancel the server from the console → Right Click → Delete → Yes. After that, you can probably reinstall kaspersky without problem. Let me know.

Could you please confirm that Network Agent Policy is configured to forward information aboul installed applications to KSC and at KES policy at Reports and Storages transmission of information of executable files is configured as well? Thank you! Report and Storage is correctly configured. Everything checked. Can you tell me how can i check if agent is correctly communicating with KSC? I cant see anything about APP installed…. Thank you! I solved anyway using Web Control, but i want to learn how to block some connection using firewall.

Hello! Iv got a problem. I need clarification about the internet control. I need to block internet access from browser (so i have to keep internet access from application es. solidworks for update, windows update ecc). But i need some exceptions, so i cant block the entire application from start. So, what is the best way to block website with some exclusions? I tried to disable policy on a client, modify firewall setting and its ok the browser cant navigate, but when i turn on Policy control i lost the setting of course. I tried to change the policy in console, but client doesnt take effect. I cant even add an app to block on the policy 11, instead on the 10.3 sp2 that i have in some client, on the firewall setting appear already an list to be blocked. Why on the 11 there isnt? Im a technician like you, nothing related with Kaspersky Help, i just answered because i have the same problem sometimes, even if KS is perfect up-to-date. I understande, that message is talking about KES Endpoint and not Kes firewall. As i said before, is a windows notification problem, so tell them to ignore that or disable notification. OTHERWISE You can try with an UPDATE task. Update KSC/KES to the latest version and recreate istallation package
