2-I used KAVREMOVER because I the program stop working and I couldn’t uninstall normally so I HAD TO use KAVREMOVER 3-it Premium

one day Kaspersky kids didn’t open I uninstall it using the remove tool on your site but when I reinstall it don’t and gives me this massage : Kaspersky safe kids could not be installed the selected folder or drive contains files. the application cannot be installed to a folder that contains other data, because this data can become unavailable after self-Defense in enabled. ...End… what can i do to reinstall the program ? thank you
