[Change format date in generate report antivirus databases]

Kindly your help, how to change format date in generate report type XLS same as generate report type HTML from KSC 13.1. We want format date in report type XLS like day, month, date, year, time AM/PM

We have problem on one endpoint The Kaspersky application is missing on Start Menu. We check on folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows, avp.com is missing. Please check the capture and log attached.
