  1. I've got a situation on my hands and I could really use some advice. I've got a bunch of machines running Kaspersky Endpoint for Mac, and I recently made some changes to the Web Control settings in KES. Long story short, I ended up blocking certain types of web content. Now, the problem is that I can't access my HTTPS website anymore. It's not just that though, even popular sites like GitHub won't load on both Firefox and Chrome. Any idea what might be causing this headache? Do you think I need to tweak something in the policy within Kaspersky Security Center 12? I'm open to any suggestions or solutions you might have. Thanks a bunch!
  2. To check if you've got admin rights on your PC, right-click the Start button or press Win + X and choose "Computer Management." Look under "Local Users and Groups" and click on "Users." If you see "Administrator" next to your account, you've got the power. To exclude folders on your HDD from KART scanning, open the app, find the settings section, and look for "Scan Exclusions" or something similar. Add the folders you want to exclude and save the changes.
  3. double-check the physical connection, make sure the mic isn't muted in both system and game settings, update your audio drivers, and if you're using Kaspersky, try disabling it temporarily. If nothing works, consider testing with a different mic to narrow down the issue.
