Thanks FLOOD. I press the Windows logo (Start) button + PrtScr buttons together to capture screenshots. Not sure how long the issue has existed, but i have noticed it past 2-3 months, the period i've been using the KIS Safe Money regularly. Before that i didn't use it. I have installed the latest KIS 2019 3-4 months back, though i've been using KIS past 4-5 years. No issues listed in KIS Reports. Where do i find the GSI & Windows logs?

KIS 2019 (licensed) v 19.0.0.1008 (f). Issue always existed - PFA screenshot. Safe Money configured with both Chrome and Firefox browsers. Default is the Chrome browser.

Win 10 (64-bit) v 1903. Unable to take screenshot - screenshot only shows a black rectangle. Issue in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Thanks kmscom, Schulte, FLOOD - you guys made my day. KSC uninstall, followed by KIS 2019 uninstall-reinstall worked like a charm.

KSC has not been installed as a standalone app - it is a part of the KIS 2019 app.

How do i create a shortcut for Secure Connection on my desktop? I could not locate the 'Kaspersky Secure Connection 3.0' folder in C:\Program Files(x86)\Kaspersky Lab for the ksdeui.exe file, even with 'Hidden Items' option checked. Win 10 64-bit. KIS 2019, Single User. //Mod Note: moved to proper secton.
