Thanks, I just right-click on a blank space on POLICIES section and Create comes out! Now I have not inheritance POLICIY .

Hi, I have tried to disable child group policy inheritance , But it doesn't apply to my new groups in Security Center V14.2 ! or I am doing wrong! First uncheck the "Force inheritance in child group" box Then create New group: But as you can see it says the new group is inherited policy!
