[Failed to create the report file, in task for automate generate report. (KASPERSKY SECURITY CENTER 13)]

Please check the account that is running the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server service. Ensure that this account has read/write permissions to the target folder you are attempting to create the report .pdf in.

 

If it is a network path, the account running the service must be a domain admin account.

I create task for generate report file in pdf, and save to folder, but always failed to create report file.i I stuck for this error, please help me!!
