After my licence was expired, I purchased a new licence in March. However when I checked my Kaspersky antivirusfor updating. I was still advised that my old licence had run out and there was no mention of my renewal. So, stupidly, I purchased a new licence. My old My Karspersky is still showing renewal needed. The system does not givr me an answer and no way to contact Kaspersky for a refund or an answer?
