  1. Hi Flood, I cannot find the mail I got from Kaspersky Support any more. I switched from Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird, exported the mails but somehow some of them got lost. Right it works in IE, I never use that browser and it does not work in Edge. Firefox is certainly not my favourite brower, Stubborn he ...... It worked before in Chrome and the ticket from support is still open since end May but they remain silent. The only workaround is still to use the on screen keyboard.
  2. Sorry for a late reply. I had to be somewhere this morning. The Secure keyboard works and I tested the Print Screen feature and that works as well but.......... in my opinion this not really safe. I did read something about virtualization and if this is enabled in the BIOS and it is, you can see the possibility to block this in the safe money configuration and I don't.
  3. Hello Flood, (3) I cannot use the snipping tool using safe money, that was and is normal I suppose, for safety. I think this is normal. (4)Same thing here but on for KIS 2019 and all other versions before. I'm talking about KIS 2020 that I just downloaded and installed today. Do I miss something here on the settings ? (5)Yes, the icon is the keyboard and when I have the login screen of the bank nothing is highlighted like in your image. I mentioned that to support a long time ago, it's still an open request, they told me that it will be resolved with the new 2020 version, but it's still not. Mind you using the on screen keyboard became a habit and is still safer for banking sites only. Thank you for helping.
  4. Hello, Thank you for your reply. 1. The secure keyboard opens 2. If I click on secure keyboard : the secure keyboard opens 3. Images : not possible to take screenshots when safe money is enabled 4. with version KIS 2019 it was possible to configure google chrome with protected browser that did not change any configuration in the normal browser, for example : the extensions. If I disable them in the protected browser they will be disabled in the normal browser as well. that’s what basically is mentioned in the what’s new link : “Safe Money has been improved:
    1. Protected Browser has been improved. Most of settings from user's profile in the main browser are now automatically transferred to Protected Browser when Protected Browser is opened.”
    In my opinion it’s not an improvement, regarding the extensions and some other settings. Although the word "most" caught my attention ! I include an image but not in safe browsing of what I mean by extensions. In the past it was only the KIS icon that was displayed in safe browser. Now : by the secure keyboard input I mean the icon that is displayed when filling in credentials that showed up in previous 2019 versions, is disabled for a while and, according to support, should work in the 2020 version, but still does not.
  5. Safe browser Chrome indicated that all extensions are still enabled, not just the KIS extension, this was not the case with the previous version 2019. I really wonder if it's safe to have those extensions enabled (chromebleed, malwarebytes and ublock) when using banksites. Separate configuration is not possible any more, it worked with KIS 2019. And the secure keyboard is still not working ! Same thing Windows 7 and windows 10(1903.18362.356).

Al dat gekibbel, email verkeer, verwarring enz...heeft eigenlijk geleid tot de terugbetaling op datum van 05.08 en niet na 14 dagen, zij hebben het wel héél ingewikkeld gemaakt terwijl het eigenlijk simpel was. Ik heb ondertussen mijn licentie + nog een mail met een bevestiging van betaling van Digital Rivers.......... Met andere woorden cased closed ! Oef .....

Toch een andere vraag, wat bedoelen ze eigenlijk met het volgende : there was a cancellation and refund processed that was initiated on 8/2/2019 with this order since Digital rights cannot be issued for this product because there is an integration exception for this line item. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same statement as the original charge. If you are unable to locate the credit, please contact the issuing bank for further information regarding when it will be applied. " Ik versta genoeg engels maar zelfs als ik dit vertaal begrijp ik het toch niet goed : nl. digitale rechten kunnen niet uitgevaardigd worden voor dit product omdat er een integratie uitzondering is voor dit item. Gaan ze dit wel terugbetalen als ik het krediet niet kan vinden moet ik de bank contacteren, wat is dit nu ? Ze sturen maar mails en telkens staan die 2 zinnen erin, om zich in te dekken voor iets. Graag toch een wordje uitleg. Dank U.
  8. Ik heb die dus gecontacteerd, dit is een nachtmerrie : de bestelling werd geannuleerd door DR en moest ik herbestellen, dat deed ik ook. Het gestorte bedrag zou terugbetaald worden, dus de gegevens werden doorgegeven, bankrekening etc. Vandaag een mail ontvangen dat ze die gegevens verloren zijn, dus terug mailen. De eerste mail sprak van 4 tot 7 dagen voor de terugbetaling, de tweede 14 dagen. Dit is ongehoord ! Ik hoop alleen nu dat de tweede bestelling uitgevoerd wordt ! Het kan blijkbaar niet anders dan door Digital Rivers of toch ?
  9. KIS verlenging voor 1 jaar 4 apparaten betaald op 25.07.2019 via bankoverschrijving (Global Collect) Op 27.07 orderbevestiging ontvangen via mail maar steeds nog geen activatiecode. Bij inloggen findmyorder : bestelling ingediend Hoelang duurt het normaal gezien om een activatiecode te krijgen, verleden jaar was die er al na 3 dagen
