  1. Kaspersky is now stopping me from accessing the internet when I activate my Windscribe VPN. I would like to be able to designate Windscribe as an exception under Kaspersky, but I can't find out how to do this. I am using the Free version of Kaspersky (21.16.6.467(b)). When I Google how to do this, it says that I should be able to choose "Threats and Exclusions" under Settings, but that option does not exist. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
  2. I am not using Kaspersky VPN, I am using Windscribe.
  3. Ever since Kaspersky automatically updated last week, when I sign into my vpn, it now takes about 45 seconds whereas it used to just take a few seconds. Anyone know how to find out why this might be happening?
  4. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application. I will post in a day or two after seeing if it works properly. Thanks.
  5. I've attached a screenshot. Sorry, don't know what #2 is. Clicked on the link and it seems it's for support, which I don't have as I'm using the free version.
  6. I am using Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. I wanted to restore my computer to a point a few weeks back, but when I went to System Restore, I found that Kaspersky creates a new restore point MANY times every day. It is only 9am and it has already created 8 restore points today. Is there any way to limit the number of restore points that Kaspersky creates? I can’t see anything in the Settings.
