Thanks for that quick response. We've done a second scan and the summary lines of the report is attached. It looks like the dll is now gone.

Our Kapersky Free found an adware dll called aethihlp.dll. But it cannot delete it. We run the 'resolve' command but Kapersky hangs and does not complete the deletion. When we restart the laptop the damn thing is still there. What can we do to get rid of it?
