[Time limit Safe Kids seems influenced by other app on different device]

We are using Kapersky version 1.81.0.9

The time limit of the smart phone of my son seems influenced (decreased) by the app "photos" which is not used at all by him. This happens very often.  He doesn't use this app at all (no sync with a cloud app or wse), and in the overview (See printscreen) we see almost every week a usage of more than one hour.

Does anybody else has the same experience?
