I’m an end user, same as you. In reality its not possible and no product can offer something similar - If you read manuals you would realize that KSK is in fact three different products, because Microsoft-Windows, Apple-iOS and Google-Android see things differently. Can you imagine that one day M A and G would work together to combine their parental control apps (which does not work well by the way) into single portal so that you can manage TOTAL screen time across three different platforms? I cant. These companies care about their profits, not about our kids.

Child - Windows PC, Parent - Android device - no notifications on Android but I can see them on web.

Child is using windows PC with KSK installed. Once he send request for more time on PC, a message popup almost instantly on web page my.kaspersky.com. Also I have android phone where I setup KSK in parent mode. There is no any indication about sent request - block to see child requests is blank, no any other popup messages. In the notification settings on my.kaspersky.com section “Send push notifications to parent mobile app” is on. Also section “Child asked for extra time to use device” is on. Rest is off. DOes it mean that Android device cannot receive push notification? Not implemented?

Now I see something else. Today is 4/3 and my local time is 11pm ET. On kids PC its 4/3 and time is 10pm CT. Report sees 4/2 as today’s date. I added extra time, but it was yesterday… So, Looks like kids were using PC today using yesterday’s allotment. Report for 4/3 is empty. Does report based on russian timezone?

@FLOOD Can someone answer this? I’m using latest Safe Kids for Windows - PC is restricted to 2h per day. Yesterday kid asked to give extra 2h - which I approved and I assumed that he used these extra hours yesterday. Today I realized that kid is using PC for almost 4 hours - in the settings its still 2h per day but on report I see blue text for today - “extra time added” - so what is going on? I did not see and approve any requests for today.

Hi @livefree75 To answer your question about 10 apps - 10 hours - you can add Restricted duration 5h for device and Restricted duration 2h for each app - in this case he will be restricted for total use of device for 5 hours and he can use apps he likes but not more than you define. like 2+2+1 or 1+1+1+1+1 etc. I’m new Safe kids, still learning. For PC I setup duration, lets say 3h per day while for android phone I setup actual hours like allowed to use from 8am till 3pm.
