I’ve found out that I’m being charged for Internet Security and Total Security since 2017. When Kaspersky offered the Total Security for 3 devices in 2017 for a 2yr contract I thought it would supersede the yearly Internet Security subscription but they’ve continued to charge me, one payment from a current account (yearly) and one from a credit card account 2 yearly). Total does what KIS does apparently that’s why I bought it and for more devices. I feel I’ve been conned. Can I get money back?
