@Berny Thanks for your help. Using RevoUninstaller, I realized that ClamAV is being used my a Cisco software. So I uninstalled it and things are fine now.

I am using Kaspersky 2020 version 21.3.10.391 (d) on Windows 10. After installing Kaspersky is notifying that there is one incompatible software on my system called “ClamAV 1.0.26 / gredAV”. The issue is that I have never installed it and neither I could see it on my Control Panel or CCleaner for removal.
