[No way to disinfect/quarantine in Kaspersky Security for Windows Server?? Urgent Help.]

I have been using Kaspersky Security for Windows Server and I have noticed events "Probably infected object detected" that keeps showing up over and over and nothing is being done on my exchange server. 

There are not options to delete / disinfect / quarantine, nothing. I ran through the policy to see if it was anything I can do, however, there are no options to clean. 

 

Can anyone provide me some guidance? Should I just delete Windows Server and install Endpoint wherein I can scan and disinfect the objects? 

[Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2 - could not be installed on your computer (Mac) (Monterey 12.3)]

Doesn't matter what I do I am unable to install Kaspersky 11.2 on Mac OS 12.3.

I saw in another forum to install python which I did version 3.10.4. This still did not fix the issue. 

I also submitted a ticket via support but no answer thus far. 

 

Anyone facing similar issues? How did you go about resolving?
