How to make hard getting around?

My and child operating system is Windows 10. Kaspersky Kids version is unknown, I am only planning it.

Kaspersky Kids is comparable with K9 or Qustodio? I am previously using K9 but application is outdated. Now I am using Qustodio but have problems: slow down connections, can’t uninstall - application not shows on application list etc. I have read that not works with browse private windows, it is true?
