I just checked my laptop and it's not going to allow me to download due to existing security plan. I didnt realize that I couldn't use Kaspersky on it so I guess I have to call & get switched to 3 devices and hope I get a refund. The issues with phone & tablet is ongoing since I still have 12 days left on old one. It's on auto renew but I guess I have to stop that since I already upgraded with new service & card #. Thanks for your help. Maybe I can get it to work once the old version expires. Thank you

Asked prior to purchase & told best option was Total Security. Have desktop, laptop & android tablet & phone so I got 5 devices covered under Total Security. Desktop no problems but cant download this option to tablet or phone. Keeps saying wrong activation code (its correct). Wants me to purchase the Internet Security for Android instead. I already purchased 2 yrs of Total Security for 5 devices and want this on all 4 of my items. Why isnt this working? If I cant use this product on my tablet or phone why did they say I could & accept my payment when they knew what I needed was 2 different products? Getting very frustrated with this now.
