Internet Connection Issues When VPN is On

My connection to the internet goes completely off whenever I turn on the VPN. I paid for the premium version and haven’t been able to do anything with it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled KSC and KVPNSC several times. How do I resolve this. It is the same on all devices I use. Thanks.
