Thank you Berny, I haven’t forgotten any passwords but could change them if needed. Have password procedures changed lately or are there new time limits for passwords? Thanks again.

Started my Windows 10 Home x64 Build 19042 laptop running Kaspersky Internet Security this morning and an update was running and it seemed to lock me out until it was done. Can these updates start and run while the computer is shut completely off? Then I went in and tried to adjust the time updates run I’m told my user name/password is wrong and/or I have no authority. I’m the only user of this laptop and have always been the administrator for it. Suggestions please.

I went ahead and reinstalled VPN SC. This is frustrating. This program is getting close to not being worth the bother!!!!!!

Windows 10 machine, not sure what else to say other than VPN won’t start when I click the icon when I start the computer. Acts like it see’s me click the icon but then does nothing.

Secure connection won’t start at all. 2nd time in a week. First time I had to reinstall. HELP.

Secure Connection VPN refuses to start after adding new email provider and desktop email client. I went to my Kaspersky account and changed email address there but still not working.

I now have different passwords for “Kaspersky Account”, “My Kaspersky”, “Kaspersky Forum”, “Kaspersky Program” , “Kaspersky@findmyorders.com” and might need one I don’t seem to have yet for “Kaspersky VPN. I changed the one for “Kaspersky Account” and that works but can someone tell me which are actually needed ?
