[Stopping my third party DLL]

I am a Delphi Developer and have an application called DSafe from last 18years.

For compression I use DelZip192x64.dll which is recognized by Kaspersky as ‘Freeware Zip Compression’ , ‘Trusted’, ‘DelphiZip’.

In my machine this Dll is not stopped, but at my customer’s place who has over 2000 machines my application stops when loading this Dll. Customer has Whitelisted the Dll but it does not help. if he stops Kaspersky then my program works fine.

Please find a remedy for this

Need to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus on my machine which does not have internet access. Upon purchase I just got link for Setup.exe
