Please download and install version 21.2.16. You can download it from here: https://support.kaspersky.com/15595 Any better with the current version? Great! Installed this version and it’s OK now!

I’ve tried to do the same, but it doesn’t work still.

I use Kaspersky Internet Security and today I updated it to v21.1.15.500. Now I have the same problem on Mozilla Firefox though I didn’t have that with previous versions.
