  1. What do you mean by that? My recommendation: KES11.1.0 is outdatetd, use the current version KES11.4 instead. https://support.kaspersky.com/kes11#downloads https://support.kaspersky.com/13036 Regards Alex
  2. You need the plugin for iOS MDM server. Did you follow this guide? https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/12/en-US/64664.htm Regards Alex
  3. Hi Fredrik, you have to create the group structure manually again. The policies and tasks can be exported and imported. However, policies and tasks can also be inherited on to virtual admin servers, as these are located in the group structure. A virtual administration server can be managed in the same way as a slave administration server. Regards Alex
  4. Unfortunately, there is no real-time protection for HP-UX. Shares can be scanned by another protected system on a schedule / on demand. The network traffic can be scanned with "Kaspersky Web Traffic Security". https://support.kaspersky.com/kwts6#downloads But there is no Kaspersky product for HP-UX. Regards Alex
  5. KES11.3 and KES11.4 are not supported with KSC/Agent v11 - https://support.kaspersky.com/kes11#requirements You need to upgrade to KSC/Agent v12.1 first. https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc12#downloads Can you please provide us with information about operating system on clients with this KB4474419 issue? Regards Alex
  6. Patch A for KSC12 https://support.kaspersky.com/15526 Regards Alex
  7. I have never seen this issue. Maybe CriticalFix ProductCore 10 will help. Please ask support. Regards Alex
  8. Can you please provide us with information about the OS used? KSC10 and KES11.1.1 are outdated. Upgrade to: KSC12.1 https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc12#downloads KES11.4 https://support.kaspersky.com/kes11#downloads For Windows server operating systems you should use KS4WS instead of KES. https://support.kaspersky.com/ksws10#downloads Regards Alex
  9. Exactly. In addition: You can use rules to assign systems to groups. In this way it is possible to automatically move "lost" systems back into a managed group. Regards Alex
  10. Polling is only used to discover unmanaged/unassigned systems. You can turn it off if you don't need it for deploying. Regards Alex
  11. Have you checked the system requirements https://support.kaspersky.com/kes11mac#requirements.block1 More information about agent remote installation: https://support.kaspersky.com/KESMac/11.0.1_adminguide/en-us/159648.htm You can also use the SSH protocol for remote installation - in order to test the correct access or as an alternative option. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESMac/11.0.1_adminguide/en-us/127621.htm Regards Alex
  12. Again: Can you please provide us with information about the old/new protection product (Version, Patchlevel, ...) and OS? Since KB4474419 is a Windows update, you can install it using Microsoft Updates or WSUS. The KSC allows you to create an installation package and deploy it using an installation task. For this you need the installation file of the update and the command line parameters (syntax) for a silent setup. Regards Alex
  13. Can you please provide us with information about the old/new protection product (Version, Patchlevel, ...) and OS? You can install a Windows patch (KB4474419) using Kaspersky Patch Management. However, this requires advanced licensing. Regards Alex
  14. “Find vulnerabilities and required updates” -task is present and running according to the schedule? Regards Alex
  15. 1.) The task “Find vulnerabilities and required updates” updates the database-information about vulnerabilities on the systems. If there is no such task present or scheduled, the information is probably out of date. 2.) WSUS only reports the patch-installation. Whether the vulnerability has been closed or is still closed is not verified. My recommendation: trust Kaspersky and not WSUS. Regards Alex
  16. Presumably port 15,000 UDP is not open KSC >> managed systems https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/12/en-US/183040.htm Regards Alex
  17. … tatsächlich - da kommt man aber auch inzwischen leicht durcheinander. Grüße Alex
  18. The setting is still available - also in version 12: Regards Alex
  20. Can you please describe the problem in more detail? (Screenshot) You can usually just ignore the report if you are not using this function. Regards Alex
  23. You need Advanced-license to use “application launch control” https://support.kaspersky.com/12784 You can use “trusted zone” in the policy to exclude files/applications from scanning. Again: please refer (Milan’s post) https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-corporate-products-27/application-exception-moved-11240?postid=53626#post53626 Regards Alex
  24. Can you please provide us with information about the installed protection product (Version, Patchlevel, ...) Maybe you can find the solution here https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-corporate-products-27/application-exception-moved-11240 Regards Alex
