Databases are out of date. I tried update databases manually 6.7.2024 10.04. Latest database update is from 4.7.2024 22.39. Latest beta premium subscription is active. PC's time is correct.

My mistake was that I used a third-party uninstaller to uninstall Kaspersky Free, and this uninstaller crashed in the middle of the operation, leaving traces behind. Next time I remember to remove Kaspersky antivirus with Windows' own 'add and remove' function.

I tested VPN-extensions with Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera, and they are working now without setting any exceptions.

Opera vpn and vpn extensions like Windscribe doesn't work with Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Edge if they aren't set as exclusions: 'Do not scan encrypted traffic'. There isn't such a problem with Chrome and Firefox forks, like Floorp or Brave.

Are you using vpn such as Windscribe which could block LAN traffic. LAN traffic must be allowed in VPN settings.

Checked my pc with Windows Defender and Bitdefender full scans: Nothing found. Earlier checked with KVRT. There are three AV providers in Windows Security Center: Active Bitdefender, operational Microsoft Defender and leftovers of Kaspersky free 21.16 in registry. These Kaspersky leftovers are preventing Microsoft Defender real-time protection from starting if I uninstall Bitdefender. How to get rid of these leftovers? Can they be a part of some kind back door? Any Kaspersky named file isn't left on system.

Problem: Uninstallation of Kaspersky Free 21.16 (EU installer, Win11 Pro)) left some registry leftovers. If I uninstall recent 3rd party - other than Kaspersky - AV trial, Windows Defender stays 'Non Configured' state, and system has no real-time protection by Defender. How do I get rid of those leftovers. I tried Kavremover in safe mode but no success. What version of av I should choose from Kavremover? Kvrt full system scan didn't found anything malicious.
