Hi all, As topic title. I have KSC 10.5.1781 and would know if latest KES 11 for MAC that's released with NetAgent 11.0.0.23 is fully compatible with my KSC or need an upgrade to latest KSC 11. Can it work also with NetAgent 10? I have to install several KES for MAC so this could be really useful why I had issues with previous versions. Many thanks

I think that you refer to KES for MAC, here is the download page, there is also the new KES 11 for MAC

Hi, I noticed that Critical area scan is performed and I cannot adjust settings in KSC why I was not able to find a related task. The task is performed every day plus KSC scan task so I would take control over this. Could you help to do that? Thanks

Hi, I tried to update a KES 10 for MAC with remote installation from KSC 10 but failed. I performed remote uninstall and it worked. I discovered this support page about MAC remote installation, followed the steps but it failed again. Latest error log: Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 2 MR1 for Mac (10.2.1.319): Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Installation failed Traceback (most recent call last): File "", line 1, in TypeError: set_agreement_field() takes exactly 3 arguments (2 given) How can I solve this issue and update also others MAC?
