It's not suggested from the Kaspersky support but in this case Kavremover can help. I suggest to perform manual uninstallation of NetAgent, launch Kavremover, restart the PC and install again NA and KES. https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464

Hi, I performed upgrade to KSC 11 and I'm comparing Most infected computer reports to KSC clients statuses and there are no matches. On the report I have some clients with viruses detected but, if I open related client protection status, I don't see any threat reported. Is it a setting of managed devices group or a KSC 11 setting? Before the upgrade I could see detected threats on the client protection and within the related column of clients group. Thanks

Are you using Windows 10 v1903? In that case you have to update KES to 11.1.1.126, it's a known issue.

I didn't solved it. It's a challenging time for the company, really busy days, so I can't ask users to work on their laptops. I'll let you know the solution but, due to are only few clients, I'll proceed manually.

Hi, After KSC update to latest version I have to perform update to KES 11.1.1.126 but the problem is we have clients with KES 11 lite encryption version (without disk encryption!) that every time I perform remote uninstallation show this error. Is there a way to solve this without a manual uninstallation? Affected clients are not many but I would remotely perform. Event name Completed with error Severity: Functional failure Application: Kaspersky Security Center 11 Administration Server Version number: 11.0.0.1131 Task name: Uninstall KES 11 for Windows Device: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Group: Clients Time: 11.06.2019 12:01:34 Virtual Administration Server name: Description: Remote uninstallation has finished on this device with an error: Fatal error during uninstallation. I tried also with direct installation of KES 11.1.1.126 strong encryption but if fails with error: Remote installation has been completed with an error on this device: Fatal error during installation. (The installed AES-56 encryption libraries do not correspond to the AES-256 encryption libraries in this package.)

Hi, I performed update to KSC 11 and now I'm no more able to open it. I tried also with Administration Console from my laptop and the result is the same, Is it mandatory the server restart? I didn't perform it because it's our DC server

Since yesterday the task has not been executed but now host events shows it as completed. Problem solved

Hi, I have some clients with status "virus scan has not been performed in a long time", this happens in a long time so I've created a manual scan task but it remains scheduled and not executed. KSC: 10.5.1781 NetAgent: 10.5.1781 KES: 11.1.0.15919

Yes, the search result is empty. We don't use encryption but this is a problem with remote installation because it's not possible install 256 over 56 and 56 over 256. -

Hi Dmitry, I need to be aware of KES 11 encryption version installed, if 56 or 256 because were installed both and I have to align these installation. Kaspersky Lab software version report doesn't have a customization about this. Thank you

Hi all, Despite we don't use disk encryption I need to have a similar report because I discovered an encryption version mismatch (KES 11). Some clients have the strong encryption installed that do not allows to perform remote installation with different encryption version. I would need KES encryption version: KSC 10.5 Other stupid thing. On KSC I closed clicking on X the tasks right panel and I don't find a way to restored it. It's like attached image.

These are the screenshots. We have KSC 10.5: why KSC shows always patch related to KSC 10.4.343? Or, I downloaded KES for MAC 10.2.1.319b but this window shows always the older 10.2.0.267 or 10.2.1.319a

Network Agent is no more downloadable, you have to get it on KLshare folder of your server. Probably you have to update your KSC to 10.5 or 11
