  1. Hi, I just got reply on my prevoius ticket saying it was a miscommunication and to ignore it. I got the answers I neeeded. I will mark this topic as answered, ty you all.
  2. Greetings, I bought a new KIS key in Oct 2021, I renew the key in Oct 2022. I bought the key and renewal on Kaspersky website. License is for 3 computers and I use it on one desktop and two laptops. Last month and a half I had couple of tech issues on my computer and I had to reinstall my system several times. Sadly last time I got the error " exceeded maximum number of activations". So I read the FAQ on Kaspersky website and contacted the support. I answered back , said thank you and that now I succefully activated my KIS again. Also I wrote a reply, saying that I didn't used license on more then 3 devices, althou I had like 5-6 activations on my personal computer due tech issues and that I have dynamic IP and not static and asked if that could be the culprit ? Also I asked when I renewed the key does my activation count get reset or not. Now in both tickets I said clearly I bought the key and renewal from Kaspersky directly (do I ask Ali for a refund ?). Did he just canceled all activations on my license because I asked couple of follow up questions ? Because everything he said in there is not true, I just replied but i dont know when I will get the answer back. Can someone please check the status of my license and see what's going on.
