1 my version is Kaspersky Total security v 20.0.14.1085 ( j )

3 I confirm Chrome is up to date  Version 81.0.4044.138 (Build official) (64 bit) and that Kaspersky Protection extension version is: 30.347.65.0

Sorry,my apologies...Chrome is not my default browser (Edge is)… but I only use Chrome as browser.

Hello Flood and thanks for your fast reply,

1 yes Chrome is my default browser.

2 while the extension works in normal chrome window,it doesn’t even show in the protected window.Please see the image attached.

I've exactly the same problem.I can't use password extension in protected browser.Could someone please help?

My config.:

1. Windows  10 home Build 18363
2. KPM version 9.0.2.5123 (j) / 1582042652_6393 / 1.0.363.0-0.8.3.0_1
3. KPM Chrome extension version 5.0.0.50
4. Chrome version Version 81.0.4044.129

Utilizzo K. Total Security,mi sapete suggerire un settaggio che permetta un analisi il più approfondita possibile?

Per quanto riguarda una scansione profonda è meglio togliere il segno di spunta dalle 2 opzioni iSwift e iChecker?

ok ho capito,mi chiedevo però come mai avendo semplicemente la pagina di google aperta (quella iniziale bianca e nessun’altra pagina aperta) vedessi così tante connessioni su tanti IP e questa cosa mi insospettisce.In caso avessi preso inavvertitamente un virus prima di aver installato la suite Kaspersky esiste la possibilità che comunque il pc stabilisca connessioni pericolose che NON vengano rilevate dall’antivirus e firewall?

Vi scrivo perchè non mi trovo molto bene con il Monitor di Rete (non saprei sinceramente dove metter mano e come configurarlo correttamente) e non capisco se effettivamente sta funzionando o meno...noto molte connessioni attive ma non capisco cosa succede e mi sto insospettendo.Potete darmi una mano? Vi allego la schermata.
