In KSC11, I’m seeing that many of the machines in our groups are showing as databases out of date. I’ve tried creating and running an Update task, but the task is unable to find any applicable updates. The network agent is v11 and KES is v11.2. Any ideas? Thank you!

[Kaspersky Security Center 10 blocking camera]

Hello, I have been trying to troubleshoot a Logitech c930e and a c920 which both don't work on one of our PCs. I have: -Updated BIOS -Updated all device drivers -Direct USB connectivity to machine didn't change the result -Uninstalling and reinstalling webcam drivers didn't work -Changing values in registry didn't work -Whitelisted camera in AV console via new policy group -Allowed all USB inputs (reverted after testing) -Changing camera access to "everyone" (reverted after testing) It seems as though the only way to get the cameras working is when it's whitelisted in our anti-virus, but even allowing the devices through the AV isn't enough: the AV needs to be completely disabled in order for the cameras to be recognized. Are there suggestions you may have? Thank you.
