    Hello I have new cloud servers and I am using Kaspersky Security Center 12 to handle all servers. I was trying to download kaspersky network agent for cloud servers through Kaspersky Security Center but it says: Device inaccessible, Device May have been disconnected from the network. but the device is connected. any solution Thank you
