Hello. Our team cloned an image of and old computer (Surface Pro with all data, programs, etc...) to a new Surface (8 Pro). Now we can’t install KES on the new computer and the old computer doesn’t have it either. I’m guessing that it has to do with a conflict between the names of the computers. Anyway, we tried using the kaspersky removal tool to remove everything related to Kaspersky and install the package, but we get this error: We have restarted the computer and the program is not installed (or at least it doesn’t appear as installed). Also, the software Truster Endpoint Protection is installed (used to access some bank accs). Any suggestions?
