[update stops at 21%]

When updating the app in background the update stops at 21%  every time and hangs. Until i open the app after which it continues and completes the update 100%.

And when it is hung on 21% uses maximum bandwidth of my internet endless ,causing other apps to lag .

Very time i start my pc. kaspersky detects this file vonetframeHelp.dll as trojan and deletes it. 

The report says like this..
