When updating the app in background the update stops at 21% every time and hangs. Until i open the app after which it continues and completes the update 100%. And when it is hung on 21% uses maximum bandwidth of my internet endless ,causing other apps to lag .

Very time i start my pc. kaspersky detects this file vonetframeHelp.dll as trojan and deletes it. The report says like this.. Result description : Deleted Type : Trojan Name : HEUR:Trojan.Win64.Burden.gen Precision : Heuristic Analysis Threat level : High Object type : File Object name : vonetframeHelp.dll Object path : C:\Windows\System32 MD5 : A32DEE3755EA0F3576E8AF9B0B9821EC Why its recurring every time when i start my pc? Why not delete it permanently.? thanks
