  1. After many attempts of the same process, it just worked on one system :/.
  2. Just checked the windows logs, its saying the uninstall PW is incorrect but I have removed the policy!?
  3. I have opened a ticket and heard nothing from support for nearly 72 hours INC000013800394. Trying to uninstall i get a fatal error. I have tried removing the tamper password, tried setting a new one, and they all fail. No encryption is enabled. Are there more detailed logs somewhere on the device?
  4. Support was not able to show me where i could see an event log about the blocks. I did ask if this was going to be fixed and was told the solution I was provided to exclude the application in the general settings that was a success was the final fix.
  5. Further to this another option which i am using from support is to trust the path/application in the policy/general settings/exclusions/trusted apps. This works for now and should be much better than disabling the protection above!
  6. Just a warning we now have two applications in house that cant overwrite files on network shares/mapped drives with this option enabled. Disabling “Protection of shared folders against external encryption” removes the problem as I worked with support on this case INC000011020891. Working on traces/log collection but I am very hesitant to disable this important feature. Anyone else?
