Hi, maybe there is some registry about the old network agent. Try checking the regedit end delete them. See HKLM\Software\KasperskyLab\, HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\Components\34\, HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ if a NetwotkAgent item exists, delete it. then press F3 and type “Kaspersky”, looking for Kaspersky Network agent registry only, and delete them. Use CMD and type “WMIC” enter, “product get name” press enter, it will show you a list about all program installed in your computer, check if Kaspersky Network agent is one of them. You can try to uninstall it with: product where name=”product name in the list” call uninstall or maybe the network agent service still exists in the system, open CMD as administrator and run “SC delete klnagent” let me know about it.
