We frequently receive the error message as per title. Does anyone know what causing this and how I can mitigate it?

running KES 11.1.1.126
I did discover that it reprompts after rebooting.
Good enough for me.

Good day,
I am deploying Bitlocker encryption through Kaspersky Security Center.
One of our staff opted out (error message: User has opted out of the encryption policy).
I suspect the user just closed the prompt to input and confirm their pin.
Will they be automatically re-prompted or is there an action I need to take to make that happen?

Sorry for the late reply. It turns out that bitlocker encryption would only take effect when I connected to the same network as our KSC server. As it stands, I'm in a remote office and while our KSC does have a public IP, it wouldn't apply over the public IP or when connected via SSL VPN. I went to visit the main office and it applied almost as soon as I connected to that network. I don't know if that's a bug or a feature.

I'm deploying Bitlocker Encrypting through KSC to a win 10 workstation (I followed the steps here: https://help.kaspersky.com/KESWin/10SP2/en-US/130689.htm) The Application version is 11.1.1.126. The bitlocker module is installed. I've tried both through a policy (policy is for KES 11.1.0) as well as through the task in the workstations properties. As far as I can tell, it's not applying. The application statistics show "is decrypted to: 100%" on all all drives under bitlocker: encryption of volumes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Can't connect to KSC administration server: I/O operations are currently paused. Please try again later
