It turned out that the install package had completed. It was just something wrong with the interface. When I clicked cancel, it showed that the update had completed.

I am using kaspersky security center 11. I am trying to install the endpoint protection on  a server. The install keeps getting stuck while downloading. What can I do to fix this problem? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I am installing Kaspersky security center 11 for the first time. The instruction video says activate kaspersky with a key file. I do not have a key file. After I purchased the product, I was issued an activation code. How do I obtain a key file? Can I use the activation code? Thank you.
