Actually it is a web server, with windows std 2019 and 2016.

i purchase the Kaspersky end client cloud license.

As soon i installed the distribution package on my web server it blocks RDP and Application access from outside, when i enabled the Firewall it start working.

Also i cannot enabled the firewall from control panel because the Kaspersky taken the control by policy and scripts.

i do the protection resume for 3 hours and some time 2 hours because theh operation is facing issue cannot access the sites

I want to now how to allow and RDP and application access from outside. while using the kasperkey protection..

As soon i installed the Endpoint security cloud on our Web application sever, i cannot browse my application from outside and cannot take the remote. Firewall get enabled by Kaspersky.
Need your urgent support to resovled this issue.
