That setting was ticked, I have unticked it. That could be the issue, thank you. I will continue to monitor when it starts to automatically run again next week.

Hi team,

We are having this problem where the endpoints keep going into critical status due to virus scan not performed in a long time.

So we created a weekly scheduled virus scan task and the devices sometimes go into pause/scheduled task and do not resume scanning and ends up in critical status again.

We had to manually resume the virus scan schedule task. Any idea why does this keep happening? Any settings I should be looking out for?
